Tom Best is a professional auctioneer and art adviser specialising in artworks from 1860 to now. A former Christie's auctioneer, he has raised over £15 million in over 250 international charity auctions in 12 countries. He helps private and corporate clients buy artwork and connect with artists. He is the founder of The Auction Collective.

Curator at The Auction Collective, Francesca works with emerging and underrepresented artists to show and sell artwork through the platform. Having worked in the arts for 10 years, she is keen to present high quality work in an accessible space.

At the Saatchi Gallery, where she was Head of Education, she oversaw the Deutshe Bank Art Prize for Schools which received over 10,000 entries every year. From the New Art Centre, Roche Court, she worked with museums and galleries across the country on a national outreach programme, The ARTiculation Prize. Currently Francesca is a Chair of Positive View Foundation, a charity which uses the tool of photography to improve opportunities for young people living in challenging conditions.
